Verify all Customer Account Number & Address - Bill to and Ship to

Verify Payment Terms

Freight Terms / Shipping instructions defined (Any special packaging or crating)

Review all aspects of proposal / quote / estimate and compare to purchase order

Ensure any requirements not stated by customer, but necessary for Grizzly

Define any required documentation or special customer requirements

Review all customer specifications (welding / testing requirements etc.)

Ensure any / all legal and regulatory requirements are addressed. (IF yes note below)

Customer part number and revision level (as applicable)

Verify drawings & revisions for any customer proprietary parts

Verify customer description vs. Grizzly description

Required customer witness points, if applicable

Any defined special requirements needing a Quality Plan or ITP

Create SO folder in Grizzly CRM
